ABV 8.0% | IBU 40 | SRM 4.5
French Pilsner, Wheat, Oak, and Honey malts create a hefty, honey flavored malt backbone able to withstand mounds of fruity New Zealand hops. French Saison yeast ferments the beer to a bone dry finish and adds some tropical fruity esters which work with the Rakau and Motueka hops to create flavors and aromas of pineapple, kiwifruit, and lime zest. This beer is a variation of our "Springtime in the Galaxy" Belgian IPA. Close your eyes, take a sip, and be transported to a land down under.
