We aged our Belgian-style Dubbel (‘Knock-On’) in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 8 months to create “Knock-On Wood”. The red wine barrels have given this malty amber ale a prominent tart cherry flavor and aroma with subtle sweet oak complexities.
